When the machine is processing, there will be some processing sounds, but the difference is that if the sawdust pellet machine breaks down, the sound is different from the original machine sound. Some noises indicate that there is a fault. What should I do in case of failure?

The particle length produced by the sawdust granulator is different, so the cutting distance of the granulator should be adjusted or the position of the separation deflection should be adjusted.

The surface is smooth, but the hardness is too high, which may be due to the high compression ratio of the ring die of the equipment, so the compression ratio of the ring die should be reduced.

The surface is not too smooth, and the crushing rate is high. It may be that the compression ratio of the ring mold is small, so the compression hole should be increased.

When the grain moisture is too high, the production output is too low, and the machine is often blocked. Therefore, the adjustment temperature of the sawdust granulator can be increased accordingly. The higher the temperature, the better the material maturity.

There are axial cracks or radial cracks, the crushing rate is high, and the output is low. It could be that the sawdust pelletizer cuts away and is blunt, which allows the pellets to be shortened or torn instead of being cut.
